Hundreds or thousands of workers arrive in a place with no housing, no sanitation capacity, and no way to feed them. On-Site designs, delivers and runs the essential services that make a site liveable — sanitation, crew housing, foodservice, refrigeration, power, fuel, water, waste, supply and site security equipment — as one accountable vendor instead of fifteen.
We don't just deliver the units. We design the camp and run it.
Plenty of companies will sell you modular housing. Very few will tell you how many restroom stalls a 900-person camp needs at shift change, where the dining facility has to sit relative to the bunkhouses, how the water and waste actually flow, and who is accountable at 4am when something fails.
That's the work. Layout and utility planning. Vendor coordination across every service on the pad. Daily operations, scheduled service, and one number to call. We have spent 17 years running temporary compounds inside live operating venues where failure is visible to twenty thousand people, and the discipline transfers directly. Before that it was ten years in emergency management, where the plan always changed and urgency was the job rather than a selling point.
On a large camp we may not supply every bed. We will design it, integrate it, and manage it — and that is the part that decides whether the project runs or limps.

- Sanitation & hygiene — restroom trailers 2 to 10 stalls plus ADA, private-stall shower trailers, laundry trailers, locker rooms
- Crew housing & workspace — bunkhouse trailers, mobile office and command trailers
- Foodservice — temporary kitchen compounds, kitchen, oven, prep and ware wash trailers, trailer smokers and grills
- Refrigeration — 16-ft trailers, 20-ft conex boxes, 48-ft semis with diesel cooling, shore power backup and split freezer/cooler
- Retail — mobile convenience store trailer for camp snacks, drinks and necessities
- Power, lighting & fuel — generated power sized to load, light towers, on-site fuel delivery
- Water & waste — potable water and bulk ice, hydration stations, solid and liquid waste, recycling
- Site operations — construction cleaning, custodial, pressure washing, supply and consumables, operational staffing
- Site security equipment — portable camera towers with onboard AI detection and push notifications. Equipment rental and advisory only — no guard, patrol or monitoring services

Why one vendor
Fifteen vendors on a pad means fifteen contracts, fifteen insurance certificates, fifteen safety orientations, and fifteen people who each believe the failure was somebody else's. One vendor means one contract, one point of accountability, and one number at 4am.
We are adding to our owned inventory daily, and what we don't own comes through a network of trusted partners built over 17 years. Either way the accountability stays with us — you don't manage the partners, we do.
Common questions
What are site services?The essential support that makes a construction site or work camp function — sanitation, crew housing, foodservice, refrigeration, power, fuel, potable water, waste, supply and site security equipment. On a large project these are usually fragmented across many vendors; we deliver them as one scope.
Do you provide workforce housing for large camps?We supply bunkhouse and crew housing units, and on larger camps we design, integrate and manage the housing scope alongside every other service on the pad. Design and management is where single-point accountability actually pays off.
Can you feed a work camp?Yes, and it's the capability we'd point at first. We own a temporary kitchen fleet — kitchen, oven, prep and ware wash trailers deployed as a complete compound — and we run one that has fed a Power Four stadium roughly 280 days a year.
How fast can you mobilize?Depends on the scope and the site, but the reference point is real: 22 units, four of them custom-fabricated, from layout design to commissioning in about 18 weeks, with a 7-day install once units were on site.
Do you work outside Tennessee?Yes. Delivery is nationwide, and we have delivered work in six states — Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Kentucky and Nebraska.
