Disaster & Storm Response · Base Camps & Crew Support
The Crews Who Show Up Need Somewhere to Sleep, Eat and Shower.
On-Site builds and runs base camps for response crews, utility restoration teams and recovery contractors: kitchens, bunkhouses, showers, restrooms, power, lighting and security, delivered to the staging area and operating before the first crew rotation.
Why On-Site
Built by Someone Who Has Stood in the EOC.
Before On-Site, our founder spent ten years in emergency management. He knows what the first 72 hours look like from the inside: crews arriving faster than the logistics, a staging lot with no water or power, and a vendor who said "tomorrow" three days ago. On-Site was built to be the vendor that answers the phone and shows up with the whole camp, not one piece of it.
What we are and aren't. We are a base camp and crew support contractor: we house, feed, clean and power the people doing the response. We are not a debris hauler, a utility contractor or a claims adjuster. If you're one of those, we're the partner who takes the camp off your plate so your crews can work.
What a base camp from On-Site includes
Everything Between the Shift and the Next Shift
Feeding
Full commercial kitchen trailers with prep, oven and ware wash units. Hot meals at shift change, grab-and-go for the trucks. Kitchen Solutions →
Sleeping
Climate-controlled bunkhouse trailers for crews rotating 12-on / 12-off, with the camp laid out for quiet on the day-sleep side. Bunkhouses →
Sanitation
Restroom, shower and locker room trailers with onboard water, plus laundry so nobody drives to town. Showers & Locker Rooms →
Power & Light
Generator power for the camp and solar light towers for the staging area, fueled on our schedule. Power →
Security & Command
Solar camera towers on the yard and equipment laydown, mobile office and command trailers for your incident team. Camera Towers →
Camp Operations
Hydration, ice, fuel delivery, cleaning, consumables and waste removal, managed by our office so your PM isn't. Site Services →
Who we support
Response Contractors, Utilities, Municipalities, Institutions
Debris & recovery primes
You won the contract and need 200 people housed and fed by Thursday. We build the camp; you run the trucks.
Utility restoration & mutual aid
Line crews rotating through a staging yard need hot food, hot showers and a dark place to sleep. We set the yard up before they roll in.
Counties, cities & emergency management
Responder base camps, feeding for shelters and EOC staff, and cold storage when a facility loses power.
Hospitals, campuses & hotels
When the building is fine but the kitchen, power or water isn't. See how we put a hotel kitchen back in service in 48 hours.
How to work with us
Sign in the Off-Season. Call When It Hits.
Pre-position
A standby agreement with rates, unit specs and mobilization terms already settled. When the storm forms, you're calling a partner, not soliciting a vendor.
Mobilize
One call with headcount, location and duration. We source from our fleet first, our manufacturer and partner network second, and tell you a real arrival time on that call.
Operate & demobilize
We run the camp for the length of the response, scale it up or down as crews rotate, and pull it out clean when the work is done.
Straight talk on timing. Response time depends on what you need, where you are and what's available that day. We'll tell you the truth on the first call, including if the honest answer is "we can't get there fast enough." That's why the pre-positioning conversation matters more than the emergency one.
Case study · Emergency response
Kitchen Fire Tuesday. Working Kitchen Thursday.
A fire inside a kitchen wall took Embassy Suites Murfreesboro offline. Every unit in our fleet was committed and none of the five competitors we called had a trailer. We found one nearing completion at a partner builder in Georgia, got it reprioritized, finished it alongside the manufacturer, and hauled it overnight. Operational 48 hours after the call. No guests displaced.
That's the same sourcing, hauling and commissioning problem a disaster presents, compressed into two days.
