How an emergency call works
From Your Call to a Working Site
You call
Tell us what failed, where you are and how many people you're serving. Ten minutes on the phone is enough to start.
We source
Our owned fleet first. If it's committed, we call our manufacturing partners and competitors on your behalf until we find a unit.
We haul and place
Our crew transports the unit and handles placement, leveling, utility connections and testing on site.
You're running
We commission the equipment, walk your staff through it and stay reachable for the length of the rental.

Embassy Suites Murfreesboro: Kitchen Fire Tuesday, Working Kitchen Thursday
A fire inside a kitchen wall took the Embassy Suites by Hilton kitchen offline at 4:45 a.m. on a Tuesday. Atrium Hospitality called On-Site at 2 p.m. Every unit in our fleet was on an active contract, and none of the five competitors we called had a trailer available.
We found a kitchen trailer nearing completion at a partner manufacturer in south Georgia, got the build reprioritized, worked alongside the builder to finish it, and hauled it eight hours overnight. It was operational on the hotel property at 2 p.m. Thursday — 48 hours after the first call. No guest was displaced.

Be ready before you need us
What to Have When You Call
You don't need all of this to start — but every item you have shortens the clock.
- What failed, and whether the building is safe to work around
- Site address and where a trailer or generator can physically sit (paved, level, gate width)
- Headcount you're serving — guests, patients, residents, crew — per meal or per day
- Available utilities: power (voltage/amperage), water, sewer or where a pump-out can happen
- Who on your side can sign and who will be on site to receive the unit
- Your insurer's contact if the loss is being claimed — we can document for them
