On a hot pad, hydration isn't a nicety and it isn't optional.
It's also the thing most likely to be handled badly — pallets of bottled water melting in the sun, five-gallon coolers that run dry by ten, and a daily ice delivery that either shows up or doesn't.
We run it as infrastructure. WaterMonster stations hold 125 gallons each with six self-serving spigots — roughly a thousand sixteen-ounce bottles per tank, which also means a thousand fewer bottles in your waste stream. They're stackable, so we scale from a single station at a practice field to a full camp without changing the approach. External 250-gallon tanks supply any unit we deliver: run one, or run fifty, depending on the volume the headcount actually needs. Water filtration available where source quality is a question.
On ice, the honest version
We don't manufacture ice. We buy it and haul it — and, more usefully, we hold it. Bulk ice staged on site in a 48-foot freezer semi means a remote pad isn't waiting on a delivery route from the nearest supplier three hours away. Most ice vendors sell you a daily truck. We sell you a week of ice sitting on your site at temperature.
