On-Site Rental Solutions · Sanitation & Hygiene
Restroom trailers that work before the site does.
Most restroom trailers need a water connection. Ours don't.
Onboard fresh water tanks mean a unit can be set and running on a bare pad on day one, before utilities exist — which is exactly when a crew needs somewhere to go, and exactly when most rental fleets can't help you. A fresh water connection is preferred for long deployments, and where volume demands it we add external 250-gallon tanks: run one, or run fifty.
Configurations run from two stalls up to ten, with ADA-compliant units available. Our newer builds carry an elevated commercial interior — heat and air conditioning in every unit, hot and cold water at every sink. Women's rooms are all-toilet; men's rooms have both toilets and urinals.
Gray and black waste share a single tank, and we pump it. Every tank is cellular-monitored, so our office watches the levels and schedules service before anything gets close to full. The client monitors nothing. That matters more on a 280-day deployment than on a weekend — nobody on your staff should be checking a gauge.
Every unit is heated, and everything we build can be winterized for cold-weather environments. We run units through Nebraska winters.

Common questions
Do restroom trailers need a water hookup? No. Each unit has an onboard fresh water tank, so it can operate on a site with no utilities. A connection is preferred for long-term deployments because it removes refill trips, and external 250-gallon tanks can supply any unit where a connection isn't available.
Who empties the tanks? We do. Gray and black share one tank and it's pumped on a schedule our office sets from the cellular tank monitors. You don't track levels and you don't call us — we already know.
Can restroom trailers be used in winter?Yes. Every unit is heated as standard, and any unit can be winterized for sustained cold-weather use.
What size restroom trailer do I need?Tell us the headcount and the shift pattern and we'll size it. Shift overlap and whether the crew is on site for meals both change the answer more than the raw headcount does.
